A 82-year old widow, Ester Strogen, in Canton, Ohio was found to have paid about $14,666 for a now outdated rotary phone. She first leased the phone in the 1960’s. Strogen says she’s not a big fan of her new push-button phone.
“I’d like to have my rotary back,” she said. “I like that better.”
